This telephone is exactly what is needed by my mom. She is in a memory care facility now so with only one button to push to make a call it is perfect. We programmed two buttons each for myself, my sister, and my brother - one with a picture and one with a our name written - to have what works best for her.
The phone itself is very good quality as well.
