Our Automotive Battery Disconnect Switch provides a convenient way to quickly disconnect and reconnect power from an automotive battery with the simple twist of the extra-large green knob. The switch provides a clean, solid, low profile connection to a car, truck, boat or RV battery. The switch makes it simple to disconnect your battery to work on the vehicle or the knob can be completely removed to prevent theft.

A great solution to prevent battery drain for vehicles that sit for extended periods of time while providing a 15 amp bypass current that maintains trickle power to the radio, clock, computer, etc.

The "No Start" Car Disconnect Switch attaches to the car battery. The car’s battery cable then attaches to it (simple installation takes only five minutes!). To disable the car, turn the green knob one quarter turn. To start the car again (and drive it), just turn it the opposite way to tighten.

Note: Use on standard, gasoline-operated vehicles. Should not be installed on electric or hybrid vehicles.
