My mom is in a memory care facility and has had three telephones taken from her because she was calling 911 and family members at all hours.  Finding this dial-less telephone was a lifesaver.  People can now call her, but we don't have to worry about her making inappropriate calls.  Delivery was super quick, too!

The dial-less phone was a lifesaver. When dementia became a problem calling 911 did also. Instead of just taking the phone away, we could still offer communication. I think it helped.

I purchased a Dial-less phone for my mother (96 yrs. old) who had made one too many inappropriate calls. Initially, there was a problem with the phone, The item was returned and promptly replaced. The way in which the issue was handled and resolved was impressive.   Great customer service!

Mom had cellphone and would call Dr, apts, attorneys, trying to get out of there. She is unable to care for herself, that is why she is in the home. Tried giving locked iPhone where she could only receive calls...would forget where placed and would fail to charge phone! THIS PRODUCT WILL ALLOW ME and other family members to stay in contact with her since I live 200 miles from her. My sister lives near her and is there regularly; but, for us out of town folks...PERFECT!
